Hannah Knox

Co-developer of NHS cycle programme pedal for progress

Hannah Knox is a physiotherapist in Glasgow. She co-developed the programme pedal for progress to promote active travel and develop cycling skills for patients and staff. She’s gained a mechanics qualification through Bike for Good as well as being a cycle ride leader. Her passion, and dedication has broken down barriers to cycling, and enabled patients to experience the freedom and enjoyment of cycling, enabling them to build their confidence and self-esteem.

“I run a weekly cycling groups for service users of all abilities and have a fleet ranging from wheelchair cycles to mountain bikes.”
