Invitation to Two Mills (Wirral) Annual General Meeting to be held from 7.30pm Thursday 28th April, 2022, a virtual meeting using Zoom

I do hope you will be able to join us remotely from the comfort of your home using Zoom web technology. Those who would like to attend, please contact me so that I can send you the necessary details.

We are required to hold AGM to elect your committee and to present accounts. It is also your opportunity to raise any issues that you would like to be discussed on the night. Formal notices of motion should be sent to me in writing at least 7 days in advance of the meeting. As must any nominations for our committee.

There is a pressing need to fill a lot of vacancies including to the key posts of secretary and chair, as well as the new role of safeguarding officer.

Our AGM is a chance to come together and plan ahead.  I look forward to welcoming you on the night.
