Cath is a bike mechanic and lead instructor for The Bike Project, an initiative that refurbishes second hand bikes for refugees and asylum seekers, as well as providing riding skills and confidence through their Bike Buddy and Pedal Power programmes. Cath is a key part of the team helping women, many of whom have never ridden a bike before.
