Truly dedicated to getting women on their bikes, Alison joined the committee of her club Brighton Mitre and has taken female membership from four to 70. A Breeze champion for over a decade, Alison has not only been a volunteer ride leader and cycle coach, but organised maintenance workshops, rider development training and now being a tutor training up new ride leaders. She also volunteers for Sustrans to help keep cycle paths clear of vegetation.
