What are you doing for National GetOutside Day?

This Sunday (27 September) is National GetOutside Day, and we’re encouraging everyone to get out and about to safely enjoy the outdoors.

There’s never been a more important time to get outside and be active. We all know how great being outdoors makes us feel, and the huge benefits it brings for our physical health and mental wellbeing.

During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, exploring outdoors is also a relatively safe way to spend time with loved ones while social distancing. You can check the latest advice in our regularly updated coronavirus Q&A.

So whether you go out alone or with your household bubble, here’s how you can get involved.

Pledge

Take the pledge to get outside this Sunday, and even better, take someone out with you.
