1.1. These terms and conditions apply to your booking for a ‘Making cycling e-asier’ event (“Event”) under the National E-Cycle Scheme (“Scheme”).

1.2. By booking a place at the Event, you have confirmed that you would like to attend the Event and we have agreed to admit you to the Event and supply you with an electric bicycle (“E-Cycle”), accessories and attachments for use during the Event, as set out in your separate booking confirmation.

1.3. The Event and your use of an E-Cycle and any supplied accessories (including lights, locks, and helmets) will not last for longer than a maximum of 2 hours and is provided to you free of charge.

1.4. By booking the Event and by ticking the relevant box on our booking management system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

1.5. Separate terms and conditions may apply to any loan of an E-Cycle, which we will make available to you separately.

1.6. Please note that if you breach any of these Terms, we may refuse to allow you to enter the Event and/or require you to leave the Event.
