Ottilie took up cycling after she was told she could no longer play football following a life-saving kidney transplant. She is now an 11 times world champion at the World Transplant Games. In 2017 she opened OQ Service Course in Mallorca. Much more than a bike shop, it offers bike hire and servicing, guided rides, sports massage and has become a community hub for cyclists in the area.

“I own and run a bike shop here in Mallorca where I guide people 8-84 years old to help them develop confidence skills and to have fun! I also help encourage my friends to take up cycling.”
