When Caz first got into cycling in 2008, she was frustrated by cycling’s blokey, Lycra-clad image, leading her to start CycleChic, offering women practical yet stylish accessories.

In 2023 she started She’s Electric, a campaign encouraging women to discover the joys of e-bikes. She’s also written about women and cycling for The Sunday Times, The Guardian and published her first book The Girls’ Bicycle Handbook in 2014.

“We’ve had great traction and are looking to grow it to a national campaign in 2024 to reach as many women as possible and do our part to level up the gender gap in cycling.”
