What happens next

  • Before the event, we'll send you helpful information about what to expect and how to prepare your bike for its free check-up.
  • Share on socials that you're attending a Big Fix event and encourage others to do the same.
  • When you attend, our partners will carry out a free bike check and, where possible, make simple fixes to help get your bike rolling again. If your bike needs more extensive work, they'll explain the next steps and help you understand your options.
  • You'll also receive practical advice on riding, maintenance and ways to use your bike for more everyday journeys, helping you save money and keep moving.
