• A 10-point bike health check available to Cycling UK members. This includes (subject to change at the discretion of the promotion provider) the following: brake pad wear, brake pad alignment, chain wear, wheel alignment, frame and fork damage, tyre wear, gear adjustment, chain lubrication, tyre pressure and handlebar and stem tightness.
• Promotion period: 00:00 on 01/07/2025 until 23:59 on 30/06/2026.
• In order to receive the promotion, you must:
  1. attend a promotion providers’ store, your closest location can be found at www.evanscycles.com/stores; and
  2. show a valid Cycling UK membership card to a store colleague to qualify and redeem the free bike health check.
• There is no limit to the number of times you take part in the promotion, subject to a fair usage
• The promotion does not apply to:
  1. any other workshop service provided by the promotion provider (including, but not limited to, bike servicing, servicing packages or bike repairs); and
  2. components or replacement parts required which the promotion provider may recommend following from the 10-point bike health check. The Promotion Provider will advise of the associated costs for such components or replacement parts which will need to be paid for.
• Promoter: Cyclists’ Touring Club (trading as Cycling UK) whose registered office is at Parklands, Railton Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 9JX.
• Promotion provider: Evans Cycles Limited whose registered office is at Unit A, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY.

The following general terms and conditions apply to this promotion:

1. During the promotion period, attend one of the promotion provider’s stores (which can be located at www.evanscycles.com/stores) and follow the redemption steps (defined above) in order to receive the promotion.
2. Where applicable, the maximum use shall apply to the code.
3. There is no entry fee to use this promotion.
4. The decision made by the promoter and the promotion provider as to those persons able to use the promotion is final.
5. No correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
6. By using this promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the promotion is available.
8. The promoter and/or promotion provider may cancel the promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
9. The promoter and promotion provider accept no liability for cancellation of the promotion.
10. The promotor’s and promotion provider’s liability, to any participant or any other third party in relation to the promotion, is limited to £50 (unless limitations of liability are not permitted by law).
11. Any personal data collected by the promoter and/or promotion provider will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and the promotion provider’s privacy policy.
