Funding Interest

Play Together on Pedals works with families in Scotland to help them start pedalling together. The fun and freedom of cycling helps children develop key life skills, brings physical and mental health benefits, and encourages families to make short journeys without a car.

The Cycle Access Fund – Play Together on Pedals (PTOP) strand offers bikes and equipment for schools and nurseries to support early level cycling.  This funding can be used to purchase all the equipment required to run PTOP sessions in your establishment.

Additional items such as adult bikes, additional child bikes and accessories, child seats or trailers can also be added to your application if required. You may also include funding for cycle storage in your application.

Please complete the following Expression of Interest form on behalf of your school or nursery and we will be in touch with you regarding the next stage of the application process if you are eligible.
