Thank you for delivering a Big Bike Revival event

People engaged

Thank you for collecting names, emails and engaging participants

If you find it challenging to collect names and emails, here's a quick reminder. Watch this short video and share it with your team for practical tips on how to improve those conversations and what to say. For example, try saying "Surveys show funders that people need support to cycle for local everyday journeys. This helps us continue offering free events just like this one!"

Digital engagement refers to the number of people who see your event online - whether through  social media or other online channels. If you share  multiple posts or content, please  count each post only once

Direct engagement refers to face to face interactions, before or during the event.  Count the number of people you or your team spoke to, chatted with or gave a flyer to.

How many people received a free service or activity at your event?

Names and emails

Please add the names and emails of all participants; for those who provide their email, we will send:
1.    Two surveys. The first survey will be sent shortly after their attendance, and the second one will follow 12 weeks later. The surveys include questions about their cycling habits, along with some optional demographic questions.
2.    A few emails with tips and resources to support their cycling journey. These emails focus on behaviour change and encouragement...participants can opt-out at any time if they wish – these are not marketing emails.
