Shop terms and conditions, postage and returns

We aim to deliver your items by second class recorded delivery within two weeks of order. During busy periods and during office closures, this could be longer. 

If you are not satisfied within 14-days of receiving your order, you can return unused products to us with a cover note for a refund or exchange. Please package securely as items received damaged will not be refunded.

Please note that we are not able to refund any postage costs.
