C&NW CTC Bob Clift Cheshire Cycleway Ride 2024

Created by Bob Clift, these rides were established in 1986.  This year the event gives you the opportunity to cycle 50 miles through the beautiful Western Cheshire countryside.  The course initially visits Delamere Forest and Whitegate prior to Bunbury for lunch; then onward to  Brindley, west of Nantwich, to return past  historic Beeston Castle.

The start/finish is at Duddon Village Hall  Willington Road  Tarporley  CW6 0EZ where there is ample free parking.

Chester & North Wales CTC's Bert Bailey Memorial Vets 100 2024

The Chester and North Wales CTC Veterans 100 is a well-established event which challenges riders aged 50 years and above to cycle our traditional and mostly flat 100 mile course at a sociable pace. It is not a sportive. There is a staggered start (at various times) with riders setting off in small groups with a ride leader. This helps to prevent bunching of large numbers of riders on the road and spreads arrival at refreshment stops.
