Sunday 1st Nov, 40 miles off road ride to St Albans.

Refreshment stop will be at Simmons bakers in Fleetville.

The route consists of cycles paths, lanes and bridleways, +1,968ft of climbing, 40% unpaved.

The route is suitable for hybrids, gravel bikes and mountain bikes with knobbly tyres.

Route includes Datchworth Green, Harmer Green Wood, Sheradswood, Hatfield Garden Village, Alban Way, Verulanium, Chidwickbury, Heartwood forest, Ayot Greenway, Mardley Heath, Roebuck.

Helmets are strongly recommended for all off-road rides.
