Chester & North Wales CTC Caer a Gogledd Cymru Zoom AGM 

The AGM will be held virtually via Zoom

Please contact the Club Secretary to obtain the meeting code if yo uwish to participate - codes will be sent out in the week prior to the meeting & to enable this to take place a list of names & emails will be held. When requesting codes please email your name & Cycling UK number; only full members are entitled to vote at the meeting.

Notices of motion ( together with the name of proposer and seconder) to reach the secretary at least 7 days prior to the AGM.

If nominations for posts could be sent to the Secretary prior to the meeting it would facilitate the running of the meeting. Many officers have kindly agreed to be nominated to continue in post; currently the following posts are vacant:

• Registration Officer
• Diversity Officer
• Club Archivist
