Project manager at PedALL New Forest Inclusive Cycling
Shelley first began volunteering with PedALL, the New Forest inclusive cycling project, five years ago. She has now served as its project manager for three years, helping the initiative grow to deliver over 500 inclusive cycling sessions annually. It’s supported more than 6,000 rides in 2025 alone, across the New Forest National Park.
“My passion for inclusion is rooted in my experience as a mother to a daughter with severe autism and complex medical needs. This drives my commitment to ensuring people with additional needs can enjoy cycling, nature, and the wellbeing benefits they bring. I’m dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can experience cycling.”
