Sara Mole
Community champion
Sara’s life was transformed when she rediscovered cycling after more than 30 years away from the bike. While working in the NHS, she joined a workplace challenge to change how staff travelled to work, and that simple decision sparked a passion that has since inspired hundreds of women across Merseyside and Cheshire.
Sara has now led more than 300 Breeze rides, welcoming women of all ages and abilities to enjoy cycling, build confidence and feel part of a supportive community. She has also organised European cycling tours, creating opportunities for women to experience new places from the saddle.
Her commitment extends far beyond leisure riding. Sara has devoted her time and energy to charity cycling projects, including Wheels for All in Cheshire, which helps people of all abilities experience the freedom and joy of cycling. For Sara, it is all about opening doors, breaking down barriers and ensuring that everyone feels included.
