Rahma bought her first bike after being diagnosed with MS and struggling to walk. Discovering Cycle Sisters changed everything for her – Rahma found community, confidence and a new sense of freedom. She became a ride leader for Cycle Sisters in Tower Hamlets, then a qualified cycling instructor, helping others experience the same joy. Rahma is the Somali Women’s Cycling Ambassador, where she supports Somali women to access cycling. She is tireless in reaching out to Somali communities, connecting women to bikes, providing language help and leading rides.
