Leanne’s cycling journey started as a commuter in Glasgow city centre. This progressed to longer rides – and eventually 200 miles to Aberdeen. Trying out off-road cycling led to 24-hour mountain bike rides, and she’s now a qualified mountain bike ride leader. Having led rides since 2019, she set up Dirt Divas, a not-for-profit organisation aimed at increasing diversity in cycling and encouraging more women to get out on bikes.
