A trip to the Netherlands, where she encountered a cargo bike, was life changing for Kim. As a registered childminder, the thought of being able to avoid pushing heavy buggies and negotiating buses was irresistible. During Covid she invested in a box trike and both she and the kids love it. With her husband she also set up an e-cargo bike community hire scheme as well as a Colchester branch of Kidical Mass.
