From cycle training to setting up a cycling project with her local branch of Mind, Kate has long been an advocate for cycling. Her true passion lies in campaigning for women’s cycling. She is a key member of London Cycling Campaign’s Women’s Network steering group, taking a lead role in producing the network’s report ‘Women’s Freedom after Dark’, aiming to improve the whole TfL cycle network to make cycling a safe and sustainable travel option.
