After a corporate career in London, Kate was inspired watching Le Grand Depart and the World Championships in Harrogate. She soon made cycling her career, with The Personal Cyclist offering confidence-inspiring coaching from experienced riders to total beginners and aspiring commuters.

Kate has written about cycling for Tri247.com and collaborated with Sweaty Betty, Specialized and Liv, in addition to offering her coaching services as part of business sustainability programmes.
