Judith Broug

Cheerleader for women’s cycling

Raised on a bike in the Netherlands, Judith Broug turned to cycling in the Yorkshire hills in 2019 to support her mental health – “best thing ever”.

She’s become a powerful encourager of others, believing what people need most is a cheerleader who builds self-belief without judgement.

Judith co-admins the 13,000-strong UK women’s cycling community VeloVixen, volunteers as a tandem pilot with Tandem Trekkers for visually impaired cyclists, rides with Queensbury Queens CC and has organised a Ride Against Femicide event.

She loves almost anything with pedals, especially road rides and gnarlier MTB routes.
