Jo Shwe, a passionate cyclist, co-founder of Colour Collective, and ambassador for Cotic bikes and Trash Free Trails, champions inclusivity, representation, and the environment. In her work with the Trash Mob Academy, Jo empowers young people, offering support and purpose through cycling. Her volunteer efforts are instrumental in driving change for a more inclusive and accessible cycling world.
