Determined to break cultural barriers, Iffat Tejani founded Evolve, a cycling club for Muslim women, promoting inclusivity. Overcoming illness, Iffat became a British Cycling coach, has trained countless women to cycle, organised the first Muslim women sportive, and designed modest cycling clothes for Muslim women. In June 2023 Evolve was nominated for the London Sport Award and won the Muslim News award.
