Hilary Boxer has been cycling and tinkering with bikes all her life, a passion that led her to launch Boxer Bikes in 2022 alongside her work as a police officer. In 2023 she became a volunteer helper for Charlotte’s Tandems, lending adapted tandems and tag-alongs to people with disabilities and additional needs, and in 2025 she became a trustee supporting helpers across Scotland and the North of England.
A qualified Level 2 Ride Leader, Hilary has captained the West Midlands Police Unity Tour, honouring fallen officers and fundraising for Care of Police Survivors. Warm, patient and community minded, she helps countless riders discover freedom, confidence and joy through cycling.
