Erma has been working at Bikeworks for the past three years, taking her skillset as a trained foster carer and applying it to her work with vulnerable children and young adults'.
With no two days ever being the same, Erma quickly fell in love with making a difference to people's everyday lives, getting people up, out and integrated in their community. Taking clients shopping, exercising, meeting up with old friends, sharing rides and making new friends.
“I have made so many positive connections and friends through this community, and I hope to continue as long as I can. Thanks to cycle connect I have found a new chapter for my own life and feel very fortunate and privileged too be a Bikeworks cycle connect pilot.”
