Elle is all about empowering women and LGBTQ+ riders. After falling in love with cycling during a charity ride across Kenya, she co-founded inclusive cycle group, Ride Like A Girl, now Klatsch.

Whether they've raced before or not, Elle does all she can to encourage everyone to get involved, running women and non-binary race coaching sessions. She regularly attends and competes, always staying until the end to cheer others on at the finish line.
