Daisy Ash founded the Sisterhood Cycling Collective (SCC) in South Manchester in April 2023 after noticing a need for a more inclusive cycling environment for women. Starting with just one rider – herself – Daisy’s dedication has seen SCC grow organically into a thriving community. The group provides the sense of togetherness and support that Daisy first felt cycling with her own family. The SCC offers a range of activities, including cycle track training, a two-day bikepacking trip and bike maintenance courses.
