Charlie Parker

Founder of Charlie’s Angels cycling group

A retired police officer, Charlie first rode on a mountain bike before taking the plunge and buying a road bike. From here, she went on to complete sportives and joined the Bia cycling club where she instantly felt at home. Her riding progressed and she started to help new riders. Knowing how it felt to be a newbie and wanting to make it easier for others; she established the Charlie's Angels female group.

Charlie said...

“Riding with the Angels has been amazing. It has given me an opportunity to help women riders get the most out of cycling and achieve their own personal goals and be best cycling buddies.

"I really enjoyed helping riders, so put my thoughts to coaching. I am now a level one Coach with British Cycling, working towards level two. I am a new coach at a club for six -17 yr olds. Coaching is so much fun and rewarding. It’s been an amazing journey.”
