As Active Travel Lead, Alice encourages others to cycle by organising group rides, learn-to-ride sessions for women, engaging local schools in active travel projects and delivering bike maintenance workshops. She has also founded a bike library lending service in Rochdale.
She loves mountain biking, cycle touring and whizzing past the traffic with her four-year-old on the school run.
