Tracey Collins is part of Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling 2018 list for helping the women of Small Heath get cycling.

As the Community Champion for Asda Small Heath, part of Tracey Collins’ job is working in the community surrounding our store. The B10 Community Cycle Club is just across the road, providing led rides and new rider training for free. Tracey joined them just over a year ago, and is now a Ride Leader and helps out with bike maintenance. She’s helped the club successfully apply for grants to continue and expand their activities and buy new tools and equipment, but for Tracey, the best part is "talking to people about their cycling and hearing what it means to them.”

Tracey nomination reads, “She has been great for the club since she came on board and has made the Thursday ladies group really popular. She is very organized and keeps the male volunteers of the club in check! She is a great advocate for cycling when only a few years ago she couldn’t ride very well.”

Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling is an annual list celebrating inspirational women who are encouraging others to take part in this wonderful and life-enhancing activity.
