Sophie was nominated for the 100 Women in Cycling by a woman who went on one of her guided rides and said: "As a woman, recently a mother, who wanted to get back on my bike, I needed a bit of help.
"Sophie’s tuition was pitched in just the right way: calm, supportive and incredibly useful.
"It broke down the barriers to what can be an intimidating environment."
