The 2022 Cycling UK AGM will take place on Friday 9 September 2022 at 11am and will run as a virtual meeting. The 2022 AGM ballot paper provides full details on the meeting agenda and the proposed resolutions. All proposed motions were considered by committee following the Motion Review Process and motions ruled out of order can be found below.
Members can vote on proposed resolutions when voting opens on 28 July 2022. To vote online go to www.cesvotes.com/CyclingUK2022 and follow the online instructions. You will need to enter your unique two-part security code, which is provided on the ballot paper. Members can also vote by post or proxy, with full details outlined on the 2022 AGM ballot paper. The deadline for electronic and postal votes is 9.00am on 6 September 2022. Online voting will be reopened for attendees during the meeting on 9 September.
Members have the opportunity to join the meeting remotely via web-enabled technology. To book your place you must notify us, before 9.00am on Friday 2 September 2022, by emailing AGM@cyclinguk.org. To attend the virtual meeting members will be required to register with their membership number and two-part security code. Further joining instructions will be provided in advance of the virtual meeting to members who have registered to attend.
