Promote your ride

We've included a link to our delivery partner promotion toolkit - it's tailored for our Big Bike Revival programme, but contains lots of useful advice that can apply to any event.

Get media coverage

The day after your event, please send us a couple of your best photos and a rough number of attendees to [email protected], and we'll include your glow ride in a national press release. You can also use the resources below to get the attention of your local and regional media.

Useful documents

For peace of mind, all glow rides are covered by our free special events insurance. All you need to do is register your ride beforehand, and it's fine for people to just turn up and take part.
