For peace of mind, all glow rides are covered by our free special events insurance. All you need to do is register your ride beforehand.

Promote your ride

We've included a link to our delivery partner promotion toolkit - it's tailored for our Big Bike Revival programme, but contains lots of useful advice that can apply to any event.

Get media coverage

The day after your event, please send us a couple of your best photos and a rough number of attendees to [email protected], and we'll include your glow ride in a national press release. You can also use the resources below to get the attention of your local and regional media.
