Building new habits for a healthier Britain

Webinar Series - Creating a new normal: cycling post-pandemic in the UK

Much of the conversation during the global pandemic has been around not reverting to doing things in the same way, and what the new ‘normal’ will look like. Cycling UK is hosting a discussion to highlight what advice, support and training will be needed in order to develop long-term behaviour change, to improve the health of the nation and ensure people are regularly active.

Bants, Bikes and Being Female - Periods, training and bib shorts

Hosted by Anna Glowinski, the third instalment of Bants, Bikes and Being Female will delve into female health - and specifically how your body changes during your monthly cycle. We'll talk about how important it is for training and how to adapt your exercise during different parts of your cycle, but also how it will impact your energy and motivation and what that means for you whatever your type of riding.

Evesham Virtual Cyclefest 2020

Due to covid-19, we had to take the decision to cancel the planned 7th Evesham Cyclefest that was due to take place on July 19th 2020. We still want to support our chosen charities and of course get more bums on bikes so as an incentive to enjoy riding your bikes on the beautiful roads around the Vale of Evesham we are offering a virtual event.

Ride as many of the routes as you like before the end of September and submit your results. Entries cost £10 which includes a medal.
