The Golden Green Hall is the start, finish and hub for two loops up onto the Greensand and into the Beult valley. Roadside parking available in side roads and along through the village. Please be considerate when parking to ensure locals are not inconvenienced.

Belles Big Ride 2019 - Banchory

Cycling UK and Belles on Bikes have organised the Belles Big Ride as a Women's Festival of Cycling event.

The Belles Big Ride is a social ride for women, which is all about making cycling fun.

It's not a sportive, so it's not about winning. It's about inspiring and encouraging each other to ride and have a great day out together in beautiful Aberdeenshire.

Registration: 10.00am - 10.30am

Pre-ride briefing: 10.45am

First group departure: 11.00am

Vintage By The Sea Cycle Ride

This is the annual Vintage By The Sea Cycle Ride. This year we’ll be cycling from the Midland Hotel to Happy Mount Park and back, a simple off-road ride of just 4.2 miles in total.

Bring along your vintage bikes and vintage finery and join in.

Entry is free, please be there for 11.30am in order to register on the day.

There will be a contest for Best Bike, Best Dressed and Best Family Group before setting off just after midday

Cycling UK and Cycle Ayrshire have organised the Belles Big Ride as a Women's Festival of Cycling event.

The Belles Big Ride is a social ride for women, which is all about making cycling fun.

It's not a sportive, so it's not about winning. It's about inspiring and encouraging each other to ride and have a great day out together on the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae. There will be a Dr Bike supporting the event.

Start: 9.30am – 3.00pm Finish: 4.30pm

Distance: 10 – 60 miles (or 100km) comprising 10-mile circuits of the island
