About us
Easy paced Saturday morning rides for women. We usually have two options, the shorter ride and the 'further, faster' ride. Roughly monthly between March and November.

Information about the group rides
Our rides start from Morrisons supermarket, 244 Hatfield Road, St Albans, AL1 4SU. The meeting point is below the canopy, roughly opposite Woodstock Road - this keeps us out of the way of the shoppers and passers-by.
We set off at 09:30h. Please arrive before then for the ride briefing.
The ride format is a morning ride with a coffee stop, using traffic-free paths and quieter roads. The pace is relaxed, with the 'Fabulous' group covering up to 10 miles and the 'Further Faster' group up to 20 miles.
Our rides are roughly monthly, depending on leader availability, so there is not a regular pattern of ride days. Please contact us for more information and for ride dates.
We operate a simple booking system - if you have not ridden with us before, please email the co-ordinator using the email contact above and bring a completed Guest Registration Form.
