About us


We are a friendly volunteer led community-based cycling group, affiliated with Cycling UK and operating within the borough of St Helens. Created in 2015 with support from St Helens Council we provide weekly social rides from four cycle hubs. 

Information about the group rides


We run weekly social rides from our four cycling hubs:

  • Bold Miners Cycling Hub, Fleet Lane, St Helens, WA9 2NH
  • Four Acre Cycling Hub, Burnage Avenue, St Helens, WA9 4QB
  • Sankey Valley Cycling Hub, Blackbrook Road, St Helens, WA11 0AB
  • Taylor Park Cycling Hub, Taylor Park, St Helens, WA10 3HX

 

The map on this page provides a general catchment area for our group but is not exclusive to the area shown. We are more than happy to welcome cyclists from further afield. 

We provide social friendly rides for all levels of ability. From short 5–10 mile rides, medium 20–30 mile rides and longer 40–60 mile rides all with café and toilet stops.

Not got a bike? No problem! Bikes and helmets can be provided free of charge!
