Summer Evening Tandem Ride

Last week some of our tandem group went out on a lovely summers evening ride. 

We headed out from Howick House to Preston Tram Bridge which officially opened to the public on May 22, 2026. The 130-metre steel and wood span crosses the River Ribble, restoring a vital link for pedestrians, cyclists, and equestrians between Avenham Park in Preston and Penwortham in South Ribble.
