The group set off from the Meridian Leisure Centre in Louth and headed along Stewton Lane up to Legbourne Furze. From there, they turned back through Little and Great Carlton and continued past Gayton Pumping Station all the way down to Theddlethorpe.

The group thinks Ty missed the left–right turn at the three bridges — that’s two weeks in a row he’s gone off route! Fortunately, the sun was out and it was only a two-mile detour.

We finally arrived at the Little Village Tea Shop, badly in need of coffee, tea, and cake. After the refreshments, the sun had disappeared and the sky looked gloomy, so we headed back to Louth via Red Leas, through South Cockerington, and then straight on to Louth to make up for the earlier detour.  25 miles ridden today.

The group was back in Louth by 12 p.m. — and still dry!
