Alford Bread Run 18/4/26

Alford 'Bread Ride'  18/4/26

Riding out at 9.00am from Louth to Alford today in bright sunshine: Ty and Harvey.

Leaving Louth via Stewton Lane and heading through Manby,  Carlton, Withern, Woodthorpe, and into Alford 
passing by the Windmill and St. Winifred's Church.  Strongly aided by a strong north wind the riders were in sat in Soul Foods Cafe by 10am.
A fast ride today which deserves a strong black coffee provided by Wendy and her staff.  We also collected our pre ordered bread from Greenfield Bakers.  Sonya
has a little pop up shop once a month at Soul Foods.

Then it was time to head back into the wind.  We were well overtaken by a couple of Grimbsy Tri club members.  There was lots of cyclists out there today.
Not such a quick ride home via Aby, Claythorpe, Belleau, Muckton, Little Cawthorpe and Louth for 12pm.

Hopefully we'll be here again next month.

The Cinnamon and Raison bread was particularly delicious.
