Yoga Ride Louth to Lissington
Event description
Ty's "Yoga Cycle Ride"
Yoga and cycling are very similar and compliment each other. For both yoga and cycling the body needs to be supple and strong to avoid aches and pains, injury, and the increase in fitness experienced will improve your general health no end. Then there's the mental health factor where Yoga, cycling and exercise release endorphins effecting the mood so even cycling is a form of meditation or well being. Yes there are some tough miles but you start with "baby steps" and build up.
