Event description

Encouraging your organisation to become more cycle friendly is a solution to many of the environmental, health and other challenges society currently faces – and has huge benefits for your employees and your organisation at large. In this webinar, we'll look at how you can benefit from becoming more cycle friendly, how to achieve cycle friendly status, and the steps you can take to help make a better world by bike.

This event is for public sector workers, councillors, local authorities, professionals working in transport and active travel sectors, and anyone else in the sector who would like to learn more. You’ll be provided with insights and advice as well as real life examples of how you can create more cycle friendly environments for your employees.

The session features expert speakers, who will provide a bigger picture view of cycling in Wales as well as practical steps your organisation can take to help create a sustainable future:

Our expert guests include:

Gwenda Owen, Engagement Officer Wales, Cycling UK

Jayne Cornelius, Sustainable Travel Officer, Swansea University

James Palser, Cycle Friendly Employer Project Manager, Cycling UK
