Meet up at the Meridian Leisure Centre at 10.00 am for a ride to Cunningham’s Coffee Lounge, Spilsby for refreshments. Option of a stop at the Sheep Dip Paddock on return.

MEDIUM RIDE. Route distance 45 miles (72 km). CLOCKWISE.
