THIS EVENT IS IS LIMITED TO 12 RIDERS. BOOKING REQUIRED.

This is a 13 mile leisure ride. It will be led by experienced Cycling UK Louth 'Ride Leaders' and the pace will be adjusted to that of the slowest rider. This Cycling UK Louth activity is held under Cycling UK guidance and insurance. Children under 18 need written parental consent, with under-13s requiring a parent/guardian present.

A leisurely ride along the Spa Trail between Horncastle and Woodhall Spa, celebrating the Lincolnshire Wolds Outdoor Festival and the 50th Anniversary of the Viking Way.

The Spa Trail forms part of the Viking Way long distance path which runs between the Humber Estuary and Rutland and first opened in 1976. As its name suggests it reflects the area’s connections to Norse invaders who occupied the area in the 9th century. There are art sculptures all along the Spa Trail, one of which is a Viking Long Ship.
