Social Ride from Hazel Grove

Meet at Hazel Grove Station ready for a 10:30 start. 

We will ride to Bollington along the Middlewood Way for a first cafe stop.

We then go through Lyme Park and explore the spectacular Torrs, a secret world beneath New Mills.

The ride returns to Hazel Grove using the Alan Newton Way and Woodbank Park.

Regular trains serve Hazel Grove station, handy for the start/finish.  Parking is available at Torkington Park.  If the ride is too much, you can catch a train from stations in New Mills and Marple.

Bring any bike you happen to have. A gravel bike would be ideal but road bikes, folding bikes or mountain bikes will cope with what we've got in mind. Electric-assist bikes are welcome but make sure you are fully charged.
