Ride to Lakeside café-bistro at Horam

On Sunday 21st September we're leaving promptly at 10.30 from The Salts Café  at Salts Recreation Ground, Seaford BN25 1DR, and cycling to the Lakeside café-bistro at Horam for lunch. Lakeside is at Horam Manor Farm, Horam, East Sussex TN21 0JB. Bring a picnic lunch if you prefer, and find a spot nearby. 

There may be some gentle off road on the way out. This will be a round trip of about 40 miles ending in Lewes.

If you plan to come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube (or as appropriate for tubeless tyres), essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, something to eat and drink, sunscreen / waterproofs and warm clothing depending on the weather. Please follow Cycling UK's guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride if you are unsure. Be prepared to give contact phone numbers at the start of a ride. Let the ride leader know if you have a medical condition that might affect your ride.
