Ride to Bolney vineyard from Hassocks

On Sunday 22nd June we'll meet at 10.00 at the Proper Café in Hassocks at 26 Keymer Road, Hassocks, BN6 8AN and be ready to leave promptly at 10.15 am.

Coffee drinkers: please arrive early to have a chance of finishing your coffee before departure! 

We'll ride a 40 mile loop north and west with lunch at the lovely Bolney vineyard at Foxhole Lane, Bolney, Haywards Heath, RH17 5NB. If you prefer, bring a packed lunch and find a spot nearby to have it.

This will be part of the new “On Your Bike” festival in Hassocks, as well as being a Cycling UK ride. 

People coming from Brighton/Hove/Shoreham have the option of coming by train or creating a longer ride by cycling to the start of the ride.

The ride will start and finish at the Proper Café in Hassocks.

If you plan to come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube (or as appropriate for tubeless tyres), essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, snacks and enough to drink, sunscreen/waterproofs/warm clothing as appropriate. Please follow Cycling UK guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride if you are unsure. See contact details below.
